This Privacy Policy explains how LMR PAN Service Portal collects, uses, stores, protects and deletes information related to PAN service workflows.

1. Introduction

LMR PAN Service Portal is used for PAN service workflow management including New PAN, PAN Correction, Find PAN, Download PAN, Manual PAN Generate, Auto PAN Download, wallet ledger, payment tracking, application tracking, operator login and customer service support.

2. Information We May Collect

We collect only the information required to provide PAN-related services, manage operator accounts, process service requests and maintain proper service records.

  • Name, username, mobile number and email ID
  • State, district and operator account details
  • PAN number, acknowledgement number and application number
  • New PAN and PAN Correction application details
  • Photo, signature and supporting documents uploaded for PAN services
  • Generated PDFs, preview files, smart card files and ZIP files
  • Wallet balance, wallet ledger, service fee and payment status
  • Login activity, service history and application status tracking details

3. Use of Information

The collected information is used only for service delivery, application preparation, document verification, form generation, preview generation, wallet/payment handling, customer support, service tracking, audit and security purposes.

4. Uploaded Documents and File Deletion

Uploaded documents, photos, signatures, generated PDFs, preview images, smart card files, ZIP files and related service files are used only for completing the selected PAN service workflow.

Uploaded and generated service files may be deleted from the system after one week from the date of upload or service completion, unless retention is required for support, audit, dispute resolution, payment verification or operational reasons.

5. Automation and AI Assistance

The portal may use OCR, AI-assisted document reading, photo cleaning, signature cleaning, automatic form filling, preview generation and Playwright-based automation to improve service speed and accuracy. These tools are used only to support the PAN service workflow. Operators must verify all customer details, uploaded documents and final data before submission or download.

6. Wallet, Payment and Download History

Wallet balance, wallet PIN status, wallet ledger, payment status, service fee, manual PAN history, auto PAN download history and generated file status may be stored for billing, service unlock, user support, business accounting and audit purposes.

7. Security

Passwords are stored using secure hashing methods. Forgot-password recovery may use email OTP. Users and operators must keep their login credentials, OTP, wallet PIN and customer documents secure. Credentials and OTPs should not be shared with unauthorized persons.

8. Data Sharing

Customer and operator data is not used for unrelated purposes. Information may be used only for PAN service processing, support, legal compliance, audit, technical maintenance or service-related communication.

9. User Responsibility

Operators are responsible for entering correct details, uploading valid documents, verifying application data, protecting customer information and using the portal only for lawful PAN service work.
