These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using LMR PAN Service Portal, PAN Card Lab services, wallet features, automation tools and related PAN service workflows.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LMR PAN Service Portal, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the portal or related services.

2. Purpose of the Portal

LMR PAN Service Portal is developed for PAN service workflow management, including New PAN, PAN Correction, Find PAN, Download PAN, Manual PAN Generate, Auto PAN Download, application tracking, wallet ledger, payment tracking, preview generation and operator account management.

3. User and Operator Responsibility

Users and operators are responsible for using the portal only for lawful and service-related work. Operators must verify every customer detail, uploaded document, application field, generated preview and final file before submission, download or delivery.

  • Enter correct customer and application details.
  • Upload only valid and service-related documents.
  • Verify PAN number, name, father name, date of birth and other details before final processing.
  • Protect customer documents and personal information.
  • Do not misuse automation, wallet or service features.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, OTP, wallet PIN and account access. Any activity performed from the account may be treated as activity of the registered user or operator.

Do not share login credentials, OTP, wallet PIN or customer documents with unauthorized persons. LMR PAN Service Portal is not responsible for misuse caused by sharing credentials or unsafe account handling.

5. PAN Service Data and Documents

The portal may collect and process customer details, PAN details, application numbers, acknowledgement numbers, uploaded photos, signatures, supporting documents, generated PDFs, preview images, smart card files and ZIP files only for PAN service processing and service support.

Uploaded and generated service files may be deleted from the system after one week from the date of upload or service completion, unless retention is required for support, audit, dispute resolution, payment verification or operational reasons.

6. AI and Automation Assistance

The portal may use OCR, AI-assisted document reading, photo cleaning, signature cleaning, automatic form filling, Playwright-based automation and preview generation to improve speed and accuracy. These tools are provided only as assistance.

AI and automation outputs must be checked manually. Operators are fully responsible for final verification before submitting, downloading or delivering any PAN-related file.

7. Wallet, Payment and Service Fees

Some services may require wallet balance, wallet PIN verification or service fee payment before final download or service unlock. Wallet ledger, payment status, service fee details and transaction records may be stored for support, accounting and audit purposes.

  • Service fees may vary depending on the selected service.
  • Users must maintain sufficient wallet balance before using paid features.
  • Final downloads may be locked until successful payment verification.
  • Payment or wallet disputes should be reported with proper service details.

8. Manual PAN Generate and Auto PAN Download

Manual PAN Generate and Auto PAN Download features are provided to prepare preview files, PAN PDFs, smart card files and related download files based on user input or fetched service data. The user/operator must confirm the correctness of all details before final use.

9. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the portal for illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized or misleading activities.

  • Do not upload fake, forged or unrelated documents.
  • Do not access or process data without customer permission.
  • Do not attempt to hack, damage, overload or reverse engineer the portal.
  • Do not misuse downloaded files, generated previews or customer data.
  • Do not share system access with unauthorized users.

10. Accuracy and Service Limitation

LMR PAN Service Portal helps manage and speed up PAN service workflows, but final correctness depends on the information provided by the user/operator and documents uploaded. The portal does not guarantee approval, allotment, correction, delivery or acceptance of any PAN application by external portals, authorities or service providers.

11. External Services and Portals

The portal may open or interact with third-party or official service websites for PAN-related work. LMR PAN Service Portal is not responsible for downtime, errors, policy changes, rejection, delay, payment issues or technical problems on external websites or third-party systems.

12. Data Deletion and Retention

Uploaded files and generated service files may be removed after one week as part of regular storage cleanup. Certain records such as wallet ledger, payment status, service history, application tracking and audit logs may be retained for operational, accounting, support or legal purposes.

13. Suspension or Restriction

Access to the portal may be restricted, suspended or disabled if misuse, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, payment issue, policy violation or security concern is detected.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time based on service changes, legal requirements, security improvements or operational needs. Continued use of the portal after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
